The Best Convertible Routes from Agadir
1. Agadir → Taghazout → Imsouane (90 km)
A panoramic coastal road with gentle bends, ideal for surf stops and café breaks. Allow a full day with a lunch break in Imsouane.
2. Agadir → Essaouira (175 km)
A 3-hour drive on the new coastal N1 road. Westerly winds are common when approaching Essaouira: it's best to close the roof for the last 30 km.
3. Paradise Valley Loop (75 km)
Aourir → gorges → oasis. A mountain road with enjoyable bends and a cool palm grove.
4. Agadir → Legzira via Sidi Ifni (150 km)
A spectacular corniche road above red cliffs. Avoid during high winds, which are frequent in summer.

- A light scarf for drivers with long hair
- Avoid motorways with the top down above 110 km/h due to noise
- Close the roof as soon as it starts to rain (a rare occurrence in summer, but can be heavy in winter)
- Be careful with sand: an additional cleaning fee may be charged for deposits inside the car
